I hand-drew every scene for my first Comic, Nova and Max. After that I asked an artist to line art and color. I paid her and the rest is history.
Well, not quite. After my first webcomic was completed, I was going to throw lots of money at her for a short spin off series, that I also hand-drew. But I gave up and my hand-drawn art style went down hill. Months down the line, I started writing my second webcomic titled, Gilt Reeds after the two main characters. But after several rewrites...Three to be exact, I changed it to Struck By You! The second webcomic, I'd planned on hand drawing but I could never find the time, life got in the way. So, I went searching for an artist and sketched my characters as best I could. Found the artist, paid him and now I have a second webcomic. Sorry for the long story to a short question.
Sidenote: Never give up on your dreams but always pay artists, PayPal or Kofi. Ink is not really the best.
