I don't have a color version at the moment, but her hair is dark red, her eyes are dark blue, her skin is a bit pale (she's Caucasian), her suit and shotgun are black, and her straps are silver.

Oh my goodness, I love it!Her expression is perfect and you do gray scale so well! Very clean, but with just the right amount of detail. often when i look at gray scales, I need a little time to adjust because I'm so used to colours, but this has a beautiful balance to it which makes it easy and pleasing to the eyes.I think you should definitely put commissions out there. : D
