I saw some of your other stuff on this forum, and you said that you do this for fun (which is good). I didn't get why you were labeling you and me, until I realized that's the series name.
First, your lines are quite squiggly and your comics would look much clearer if you used precise lines. You can use a ruler to draw the straight lines, and use this video to draw circles: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zR3wbEudD1I .
Second, you should spend a little extra time writing your dialogue, because the handwriting is a little messy.

I won't rate this, because you're goal is to have fun, and you're doing an amazing job of that so far

I like the lamp comic because I didn't expect it to do that. You're comic description says that it's about this blue character trying to fit in. And the comic is doing that. Also, you have good fourth wall breaks So here are some things that I would do.
First, give him a mouth more often. Also, give him eyebrows. Eyebrows are very important, because they let your reader know your character's feelings. A mouth also does that, but not much for being confused, angry, and maybe some more.

Actually, that was it, I couldn't think of anything more. I would rate your comic 7.5/10

I do know about eyebrows, but the comic has run too long to change that, It is a icon thing now. But I will think about it.
But I will remember to use more mouth when needed.

Can I ask how far did you go with the story?

Your art is very good. The lines are neat, the backgrounds look nice, the shadows look nice, and your characters look good. Your story is also very good. We get to know about the main character, and there's a new character that brings in the problems for the main character. How is he going to go out with her? We don't know yet, but we do know that he's trying. Also, I like how you inform the reader on the side characters. I don't have anything to say for you to work on.

The idea reminds me of "My Hero Academia." I'm don't know much about these kinds of comics, but I will do my best in reviewing.
First, your lines are squiggly. To get ride of squiggly lines, just turn up you're stabilizer all the way up. It will make your lines so much smoother.
Second, I don't know too much about your character. You can start off with a monologue or dialogue, just to let the reader know why he wants to become the best upgraded fighter.

That's it. I would rate your comic 6.5/10. Turning up your stabilizer to make your lines smoother would make me give you a 7.5/10

Yeah, I feel like eyebrows don't really work for my character when he's feeling normal. Other comedic comics don't really use eyebrows, unless the character gets mad, confused, sad, etc.

I may review your comic and put mine here for review as well, but the first few episodes review rule would really hurt me here considering I improved immensely with art (and possibly pacing) and the first few pages don't even look like my recent ones.
So feedback on the art of the first pages for me would be rather useless as I most likely already implemented it, hence why I'm holding off.

That was a cool story. White (which is all the colors combined) was too much for the dark. Also, how you included donating ink was really clever.

Ratings are what make college and school so tedious. Instead of telling what to improve on they just slap a number on it and call it a day.

The number doesn't even make sense sometimes, how did people figure out how to use that specific number and not just randomly think of a rating because they felt like it?

I rate ratings a 1/10 out of 10 (no offense to people who do love ratings though, it's just not for me).

I rate and call my own art 0.5 art.
Because all I do is copy some cirkels and squares over some clip-art on my iPhone.
(Yes, I do everything on my phone not always that easy)

But within that category of 0.5 art I call myself within the top 10
