Just took a quick look at a few episodes, and I can see a few issues that I feel are holding your comic back from being really good.
First, what I like: character's faces are usually appealing, facial expressions are great. There are hints of a nice art style in there. Your banner has great colours! It makes me wish that the whole comic was in colour, but I understand that colouring is time-consuming to do (boy do I ever haha).
Now, issues: to put it bluntly, the art is sloppy. Lots of scribbled lines, inconsistent shading, unfinished-looking backgrounds. Anatomy and perspective could use work (ah, the eternal struggle). A character might have a great face, but their arm is crooked and they have no fingers--stuff like that. You could easily have a tighter, more polished comic if you took some more time to tidy up the art. If you like, I could do a couple drawovers of problem panels that caught my eye. I always feel it's easier to demonstrate art fixes than it is to talk about them.
And the text: often in speech bubbles too big or small, or awkwardly shaped. I also noticed at least one grammar mistake on every page I looked at. This kind of thing affects readability and can easily put readers off, but is so easy to fix with just a little more editing.
