Buy the property next to me that's been vacant/abandoned for a decade and is listed for sale (overpriced), buy a new car, pay off my college loan, and pay off my mom's debts for getting her rotten tooth removed. You know, practical things. Prob get my shower/tub re-walled and cleaned of any mold that is there oh and pave our parking spot. Rest I would look for accreditted and vetted charities for trans-youth suicide prevention, and donate a huge chunk to the local youth camp for young girls and boys recovering from sexual abuse (which also will help get the children into therapy if they wish). Then likely work on funding the local food banks (bigger building, better refridgeration and such).
Practical stuff "for myself" I can live without - don't need a new house, new laptop, fancy phone, another game system, nah all that can wait. I'd rather take care of things that I wouldn't get with a few month's of saving.
In short, I'd spend it all pretty fast- like within three months time.
