BOI, concerning Project SHaDe, I would definitely have this song for an OP - It's got energy to get the viewer hyped, but a sort of grimness that fits the tone of the story:

Ok if Light and Dark had a main theme and opening I'd want an original arrangement but I guess to give a feel for what I'd be going for.
For the opening of this first arc I'm working on I can imagine something along the lines of Sono Chino Sadame:

For an actual theme, and with most of the music involved, it'd have heavy 80's synthwave vibes. For a main theme I always wanted something epic but with a leitmotif that can be remixed and used in other bits of the soundtrack. But also something you can hum/whistle like all the other really memorable themes anyone can remember. Closest I've come to imagining it would be The Grid from Tron Legacy:

And for the ending it'd be Cafe Tacuba's "Amor Divino". Song from my childhood. Pretty straightforward:
