Not quite comic, not quite novel - the illustrated novel.
So, I've been pondering a short illustrated novel while I build up my buffer, but when I looked around, I couldn't find any kind of guide on sizing for illustrations. Do they resize for the device automatically? Does anyone who does illustrated novels have a recommended size that works well for them? Do you think they work better taking up most the screen or as little smaller illustrations more like half a pace in more traditional terms? And while I'm here, are they like comics where readers seem to prefer full colour illustrations to b+w?
