Is 17 episodes too short for a first season?

I have the first season scripted, but I'm wondering if 17 episodes is too short? Am I overthinking this lmaoo

Yes, yes you are overthinking it haha.

Your series should be as long and as short as you need it to be to tell your story.
The one caveat here, make sure you can complete it.
