Reorganize your schedule and you have to do something against the overthinking,
there are excercises for that, I´m an overthinker too. Overthinking one line of dialogue and things
like that will always give you the feeling of not getting anything done.
Books like "atomic habits", "the one thing" and "outliers" helped me to reorganize what I´m doing
every day. Those books have some eye opening content about habits, work schedule how to do
things successfully with not much effort. I highly recommend to read all 3 books and apply that
to your situation
