Is bonus ink spent in the order it is earned, or in the order it expires?

if my ink transaction history shows (this is a simplified example):

• 18 Dec Unlocked 1 episode (-300)
• 17 Dec Earned ink that expires 19 Dec (+300)
• 16 Dec Earned ink that expires 19 Feb (+300)

do i currently have ink about to expire, or not?

Unless the rules have changed very recently, bonus ink that expires sooner gets used first. So, you should have +300 bonus ink left (ignoring that that date is the 20 not 19 for my answer).
If you look at the total amount of ink you have, it will also tell you how much is bonus ink.
