Is it BUGGED? Can't UPDATE my status at all

I have nowhere to ask, and since it came down to here.

Is it Tapas lately having technical issues? I've encountered several problems;
1. I try to update the re-edit work of my previous published chapter, yet it just keeps loading and won't update as I've waited for 2 hours waiting in there.
2. My status doesn't seem to refresh, and somehow when I've gained another subscriber, it disappears in an instant after I refresh my main page again. My read count kept getting up and down as I monitored it subsequently every 5 minutes.
3. My schedule work on my profile seems rigged. Sometimes it has gone (some mentioned it had been misplaced to the bottom of the list), but my issue here isn't so.

Somehow, I came across in one post saying Tapas wasn't lively as before, yet our work is limited to our fellow creator here instead of a new fresh reader. So, to put my conclusion, is it bugged? Is it true? I would have a slight disappointment if it were true.

So it does mean that I am not the only one or my old tablet is giving me problems. Is anyone having a similar issue? Or do we have any alternative to contact the support? All I've searched for are pre-achieved FAQ instead of technical support.

Same here, I was scheduling an episode and it's just loading forever. Hopefully it scheduled normally, because it doesn't want to get edited.
I hope it's just a temporary thing though, usually everything works fine.

Yeah I'm having the same issue as well, I'm supposed to be releasing a new chapter today but tapas won't let me, I also can't edit my old chapter either. Really annoying hope they fix this soon

Same! I came to the forums to look for a thread or make one. I'm on a schedule and trying to make new posts and edit some issues on others that start in a few days. This started last night.

I messaged customer support but it usually takes them a week to get back to me. I don't have that much time to wait.

I don't know why they won't allow a Tech Support thread. I even looked on Discord and there is nothing to help.

Also, my subscriber count on my info page, and milestone counter is one below what it should be. Which is probably what you mentioned in #2.

I've sent my ticket to tech support through Discord. If anyone in here has an account on that platform, please do the same to raise the issue to fix it as soon as possible.

I did the same. From what I see on Discord, a lot of others are experiencing this, too. I hope it gets resolved quickly.
