You know to twitter, and all that jazz, at the same time you schedule your page to go up.
Not sure about twitter, but I know there's a queue feature on tumblr. Each site has its own settings.

Actually after you post your page and view it. there should be some link buttons to common sites like tumblr, twitter, g+, etc...
I haven't used it before, but you could try Hootsuite.
