I've always said that the best thing to do is to focus on the things people like, rather than to focus on the things they dislike. For one thing, asking people to think of something positive makes them think and engages them to find something better than asking them what they don't. It forces them to really look at the work, to think about it and what they really feel about it, and usually makes them give a more intelligent and constructive response that you can use. People can always find something to dislike, and easily. If you throw away everything anyone says they dislike, you'll end up with nothing left that's yours.
Advice aside, I love your style shown here. It's distinctive, it's unique, and I for one find it delightful. I think it's highly enjoyable. You will develop naturally, as any artist does, as you go, as you draw more, as you find things that speak to you, and ways that you like to speak to your audiences.
Keep doing, keep cultivating your style, keep adding to it. Make your peace with your work and let it go when you need to. Always better yourself when you can.
And thanks for sharing your work with all of us. It means a great deal to have the courage to do that.
