I don't think so.
If you need help with editing a story, you can make a request-post, though, and see if anyone volunteers. For that kind of post to be successful, you'll need to write down a few things:
1.) What sort of comic/story are you working on?
2.) What is it you need help with? Is it the artwork, or the dialogue, or the plot? Etc.
3.) How extensive is the editing you need? Is it a matter of a single scene, or an entire chapter, or the story as a whole?
4.) How soon do you need this help? Is there a particular deadline?
