I've seen an increase in covers with Ai art and even inside of their stories. Should I need to report them?

As the title said, I've seen an increase in stories with Ai art on their cover and inside of the stories. It baffled me since the first time I posted my story; I did not know what were the rules and guidelines about covers and art, etc., since it was not clearly specified in the author dashboard. So my account was partially blocked, and I could not reply to comments, etc., just post my story. I ended up deleting that account I have had for more than 5 years and lost all the stories I paid for. So, why are those stories still there? Is it because the Tapas community is biased and depends on who it is, then they take action, or the old say forgive and forget?

It's because Tapas relies on users to report comics and novels that violate their TOS because they couldn't possibly police it proactively. Absolutely report each and everyone (AI/ML generated stuff is not allowed on Tapas) and they will be taken down.

Oh, thanks, but yeah, of course. But what I mean, on the other hand, is that people roasted me, but I've seen others make even threads, and apparently, for them, are blind 🤣 (no hate, by the way), so that's what I say the hypocrisy is real meanwhile people who do real art here, also do nothing?

I mean it's happened with other rules too, where a particular novel/comic just happens to only attract a sympathetic audience who doesn't see a problem with what they're doing and don't report it. Others get exposed to more varied audiences (for whatever reasons - luck, content of the story, etc) and get dealt with much faster.

Yes. Report them if you see them. It might be that some parts of the community are bias, but also that sometimes you just can't catch everything, or Tapas can be slow to act, or some people just feel like they can't prove its AI and don't like to accuse people unless they're sure. But if you see AI art, you can either give them a warning here on the forums and give them a chance to fix the problem, or report the story straight away, it's up to you, but it should be dealt with.

AI art is against Tapas' rules. So either the "copyright button ect" or the "other (please explain)".
