THE GREYVE WOOD

At the edge of a monster-infested wood in an alternate, fantastical world lives a young dragon and her two witch sisters.  Raised by a single were-cat father, they prepare for survival in a society slowly setting their greedy sights on their unique talents and physical rarities.

Dante’s gaze drifted past Ace’s shoulder for a moment before returning to him. Ace frowned, still watching him quizzically. “First lesson of the day,” Dante said when their eyes met, “is awareness. Don’t get so fixated on one thing that you forget about the bigger picture.”

A prickle ran down Ace’s neck. He turned and looked up. High above, cloaked in shadows, a figure stood on the narrow gymnasium beams on tiptoes. They lifted a hand—and a katana materialised in their grasp. The blade flared with brilliant light, tearing the shadows away to reveal a bespectacled face contorted with rage.

“Hello.” Shiro Kusakabe bit down and drawled out every syllable enunciated. “Naughty boy.”

Though the first act of Season 2 is wrapping up soon, there is still one last lesson for Ace. What trouble has he gotten himself into this time?

Update: I've got all the episodes up now for my Kpop rom. Working on the last epilogue episode which should go up on the weekend. Then, I'll mark it complete and see what happens. Crossing fingers. Have managed to get 20 subs so far. I wonder what life is like on Tapas once your novel is done. But I am working on a novella follow-up that has kinda a Kdrama vibe. We'll see. I have to do some rewrites on it. But hopefully, people will be interested and keep following. Thanks for the support so far. Enjoying the community here.
