First cover is a romantic story, very typical, no fucking doubt. A girl who is seems passionate and loving, with a guy who is seems troubled or just having bad case of headache (rich popular boy with difficult life as a main love interest is rampant in romantic stories, so perhaps that). Is he thinking about what the girl has been giving to his life? Or reflected about what has he been giving to her life.
Second cover is giving me a YA vibe and kind of romantic feel, but it's perhaps the stock photo used. I feel like the approach is rather mystery-drama than mystery horror for this one. I am 100% sure that girl is a ghost or undead or connected to supernatural force whatsoever. Is she trying to look at her reflection in the mirror? In some way symbolize her reflection of events in past life, or thinking how she could ended like that, or perhaps lamenting that she's a ghost now. Anyway I can't guess why is she dead and whatsoever, but by the furnitures she looks like haunting a rich household.
Third is fantasy or having fantasy element at least, the cover is anime but I won't say it has anime influence because I don't know I haven't read it. I don't know who the fuck is this person (seemingly a guy, sorry if misgendered), he looks confident and kinda mischievous, with some mystery. I don't know if color emphasize on his eyes is just artistic choice or related to the story. By the splash title, I think it's either Isekai or anything set in another world, and it has strong point of a specific family whether it's their role in society/world, and the drama involving them. By the title and color scheme this story emphasize its connection to winter, or perhaps the said family itself is strongly attributed to winter.
