Just curious | Rib elbow connection

So when I scratch a particular spot on my ribs, I can feel it in my elbow. And when I pinch that spot, that same pain goes to the elbow. Anyone else have this? It's not a hindrance to my life, just asking cuz im curious af and google searches turn up nothing except pseudo scientists diagnosing me with sixteen types of cancer.

Maybe its the nerves in that area having similar pathways

Yes!!! I have felt this all my life ever since I was a little child and I have googled this so many times and nothing!! This is the first time I have found someone else that feels the same as me. Every time I tell someone they look at me weird haha. It’s not a painful sensation almost like a needle prick when I dig my nail into my upper ribs I feel in the inside on my elbow. I always thought this was pretty cool!!
