Hello, Tapas Readers! 
I’m B.R. Lee, and I’m a new creator here on Tapas. I recently started sharing my story, Banished Divinity: Learning to Be Human, and I’d love to invite you to give it a try. 
The first 7 chapters are now available, and they follow Sera—a former divine weapon who has been stripped of her powers and thrown into the human world to learn what it actually means to be human.
Unfortunately for Sera...
Humans make absolutely no sense. 
From Mum’s terrifying slipper, to food, doors, hospitals, ravens, and all the strange little things humans consider completely normal, Sera is slowly discovering that understanding humanity might be harder than defeating demons.
This story is a mix of comedy, fantasy, slice-of-life, family chaos, romance, and a little mystery along the way.
I’ll also be honest about something: my artwork may not be as polished or professional as some of the amazing creators you’ll find here on Tapas. I’m still learning and growing as a creator, and my artwork is very much part of that journey.
But I hope you’ll look past that and give Sera and her chaotic family a chance.

I’ll be updating every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and I hope you’ll stick around, laugh with Sera, and watch this wonderfully confused celestial being slowly discover what it means to be human.
