The story follows the revenge journey of Kaito, the main protagonist. However, this chapter focuses on Genzō, an old man Kaito met after the Shinkase incident.

In this chapter, Genzō tells his story—how he once found a light in a world filled with killing, and how that light was eventually taken away from him.
