My story is called The Shadow of Spirit. It’s a dark fantasy novel that follows the revenge journey of Kaito, the protagonist.

But where are we now?

After the Battle of Shinkase, his friend and companion, Yume, has been arrested by the Reketai — the organization that administers justice.

Following his encounter with Genzō, Kaito heads to this city, but right from the start he realizes he’s being hunted by the Reketai. This leads to the first clash in Yorigakure.

Will Kaito be able to defeat Neriwa, his opponent?
