And YES. HE IS SO AMAZING. Heck a huge majority of the characters are very admirable but at most I love Mob and Reigen. and many more to list but I'll keep it to those two hahaha
As for how much I lift... mmmmm about 4-8 pounds. I fluctuate with what I can do but I do know that with some weight exercises, 8 being the heaviest is definitely one to make me actually feel it so I lower it to avoid less strain until I can manage in the future.
And heck that's not good if that happens XD;;; best to start light. easy steps uvu
and I suppose I do .v. once i'm focused, I just continue on with it. Though I do often get distracted by the timer and be like "how many minutes have passed......?"
but slowly yet surely, I just check for break time. cuz its always good to have a 1-2 minute break inbetween lol
