Congrats on deciding and following through with writing not only a book but a series! Seriously, you did something amazing that a bunch of people only daydream about doing. Give yourself a pat on the back.
On to the struggles. Yes there are struggles and I'm sorry you're feeling the pressure. It is really exhausting. We live in a world where every hobby has to be a skill that can be monetized. Question for you: was the goal in the long run to make money off the books or just get the books out there and see what happens? I know you said you started writing as something to do during lockdown, but you also said you wanted to make your dreams come true. By the way, not an either/or answer. Could be both, I'm just curious.
To address your concerns about the stereotypes for female writers and what they can write/do to be successful I'd like to quote someone:
"It's tough. We live in a world where apparently no matter what you do we're taught to pay attention to what other people say and all that stuff, but the thing is you really have to not care what other people think. You have to just do what you're gonna do." ~ Sebastian Stan
Do what you want to do and not stress about what everyone else says you should do to be successful. Be yourself. Do what feels good. Success is nice but can you enjoy if you're exhausted managing social media pages you have zero interest in or writing genres that irritate you?
