Sang: And? You can barely heal yourself right now, let alone someone else. Besides, I don’t want help.
*It came out more bitter than he intended, but he was more afraid of what Amaris would do to them than angry at Trenton for anything. He could still hear the woman’s words ringing in his ears, going on about how everyone was slowly killing Trenton, including him. Needless to say, it didn’t make him feel too great.
Sang: Leave me alone.
*The idol twisted away from them angrily and flopped over onto his side, his face awash with instant regret from the pain—both physical and emotional—that swept through him. He bit his lip to keep quiet, but it wasn’t long before he’d started to cry.
*Everything hurt, and it hurt too much. Amaris had gotten in his head about Trenton, convinced him that he was the reason his boyfriend was so weakened. Closing his eyes, Sang let out a pitiful sob and buried his face in the pillow under him, wishing he was still unconscious.
Seok: *Taking a step back to give Sang some space, he looked over at Trenton. I’ll step outside for a minute so you two can talk. A word of advice: he likes it if you squeeze his shoulders and rub the top of his back.
*Deciding to check on Pierce and Leticia, Seok gave Trenton a reassuring smile and stepped out of the room.
Tara: Yes! Myung, call Seok!
Myung: Where’s my phone? Did I leave it at the penthouse?
Pierce: We have clothes, but they’re all super ugly and dirty. And everything is beige. It’s kind of a waste of fabric, honestly.
