Time for an additional set of questions! Do your leads line up with any of these?

Male lead:
1. Fell in love first
2. Has tried to confess at least once before the actual confession but got interrupted by something
3. Is the only person who has ever liked the female lead and teaches her to respect herself/consider herself beautiful because she always thought she was 'so ugly '
4. Is someone everyone is in love with, but falls in love with the unpopular girl
5. Is someone the FL doesn't like who tries very hard to woo her though she isn't interested
6. Is someone the FL is enamoured with and she is just enraptured by the idea that he would like her.

Female Lead:
1. DOESN'T fit the beauty standard and is considered ugly by other people in her world (but not the ML of course)
2. Misunderstands his confession, is convinced he betrayed her or that he likes someone else at least once in the story
3. Is a makeup genius who can make herself look like an entirely different person
4. Is someone everyone is in love with but falls in love with an unpopular boy everyone considers a loser
5. Ends up assigned or pressured to interact with/work with or for the male lead despite really wanting to avoid him
6. Has at least one girl who dislikes her for having the MLs attention or affection.

No. she does misunderstand many of his decisions and choices but not his confession, and she knows he'd never betray her or fall for someone else. that was kind of her gig.

Nahhh, they started interacting voluntarily because they were bad kids

Not ATM, but she probably had tons of those while they were in school. She's the only female friend Kattar had, and that most likely led to a lot of jealousy, especially since she and Kat were practically attached at the hip, shared a locker etc.

nope. his confession 'took' the first time.

Not quite. There are other people who have found her attractive, but she still wasn't spoken too well by most people, including her ex-boyfriend, her whole life. This was more because of her attitude than her appearance, but she does not consider herself very attractive, and being around him starts to make him wish he would say she was beautiful instead of being so poetic all the time.

1 Long Hair
2 Fair-skinned
3 skinny, but probably falls under underweight
4 not too shy, though he is a recluse.
5 he has okay self-esteem but kinda poor understanding of his self-wroth.
6 indeed had ZERO idea the ML likes him, but is aware that he lies the ML
7 nope, rly only ML and one other(but he doesn't count for spoiler reasons >:c)

9 he wears what he is given
10 nope! ML actually is forced to listen to him for awhile, as the ML is new in his cultivation sect

12 while he does love books, and likes romance, he isnt too obsessed with the plots. more like he is aware of them only.

5. what was the first date your leads ever went on - they haven't really gone on a date yet, but the protag took the ML and his son to breakfast?
6. what was the first gift your ml ever bought your fl - not canonically written, but it was probably handmade sweets or a wisteria tea set.

alright, he is pretty awkward, but it's not specifically with Mora, and it doesn't bother most people he interacts with because he picks patient friends. He doesn't really make eye contact with people when they're talking to him and doesn't really know how to make small talk. if there is something specific to discuss he can carry a conversation pretty well, especially if the topic is important to him, but if there is nothing to talk about he's pretty awky

he's fairly confident in himself.

nah, he just already didn't know how to give compliments, complimenting her is awkward for that reason, not because he's too head-over-heels

She's kind of unsure about that. He's so awky (in her opinion) it sometimes seems like he likes her, but that's how he is with most people.

she's pretty average in the realm of fashion. she doesn't want to stand out, and she can only dress in the clothes she's provided by her harbor family and Sanctuary stipends. she doesn't have unlimited money for fashion.

not everyone is in love with him. Two or three girls think he's cute, and most people would acknowledge that he was handsome if somebody brought it up, but he's so reserved most people don't pay him much attention.

Well, he isn't trying to woo her, but she does desperately want to avoid him.

Well, she'd probably freak most people out if they knew what she really looked like, and some colorist people would find her ugly, but ultimately, most people would probably find her an unusual kind of pretty like a rare animal. Whether this is a good thing or not, it's still the case.

pretty decent. He does manual labor, so he's trim and fairly well muscled.
