Hey y'all! I'm 100% definitely not sharing this out of any bias and it is purely for marketing advice, (hint, that's a lie), BUT:
If you're making a comic/novel and haven't posted it to Goodreads, you're potentially missing out!
It's more ideally for finished/completed works, but that doesn't mean you can't still post your comic/novel there as a wip. I've seen a lot of people do that. You can get feedback/reviews from readers, potentially new eyes on your work, and it's so fast to post up your cover/synopsis that to me, it seems worth the effort.

(As for my bias, I just love the site a lot, and recommend it in general. It's great for helping me keep track of things and I just want more people using it x'D)
