Looking for an artist for action comic

Breathe Alright folks. Um, well there is this idea I've been wanting to implement.
The story is about two warriors from an early Chinese dynasty who befriend each other.
They go on a quest to achieve wisdom, midway encountering a hag who curses them to fight each other eternally. Both men, one's named Bao and the other Shen, intensely battle each other with broadswords forever.
The two start brainstorming ways to break the curse. Shen discovers wisdom by questioning his existence.
He questions the reason why the witch cursed them. The witch explains it was to get revenge on her former lover, who was a warrior. But Bao sees revenge on people who had nothing to do with the incident, and not similar to her lover, besides being warriors. Realizing her mistake, the witch tries to undo the curse, to no avail. As a result, Bao and Shen battle each other for ages.

So yeah, I am looking for a comic/manga illustrator to help with this project.

I'm willing if I can be paid. My rates are either at 50 dollars an individual page for part time work, or a solid 150 a week, fir full time work full time.

Though a lot of this is totally negotiable.

I'm sorry, I can't work for free because my own project is keeping me really busy. But if you have a reasonable budget I can pull out some pages from time to time. But not really fast.
