I understand you joined the forums recently, but getting a sense of the invironment is important before judging the people that have been here before you and already have an established dynamic. We have goofy threads, serious ones, and all what's in between. There is also nothing wrong in asking if you feel lost, in fact, many people that are new have even started threads asking about how the forums work.

So I read this thread, obviously got the joke because of the author, but.. I still seriously asked myself the question, for a split second: "Artist gets 80% of all future prophets", does that mean they get 80% of the prophet population; or 80% of each prophet?"

Feel free to continue posting silly threads that poke fun at some of the more annoying things we see on the forum. But please be aware:

Sarcasm is very hard to recognize in written form AND young children are usually unable to understand it, which can cause well meaning users be upset even at the most silly threads.

Since we don't have a "Joke" category, please make sure to mark sarcastic threads somehow (#thisisajoke #dontgetyourpantiesinabunch).

Comments who then still don't get it can then be flagged as off-topic and will be removed.
