Listen man, I'm not looking for you to grovel or an apology either (and I am thankful it isn't passive aggressive). I wasn't trying to manipulate my response. There seems to be a massive miscommunication. It's just man... listen, legit.. that autoimmune gives me horrible OCD to the point where I scheduled an appointment with a rehabiltation center this morning; so stuff like this doesn't happen so my spirit can also live peacefully with all this writing stuff. It makes me super combative. Which is why I removed mine, because a lot of the time you have some fourth party... then a fifth... then a sixth... (this has happened multiple times a year ago) coming in and giving their piece of mind and it's frustrating y'know? Luckily all my connections know about this but this is what sucks about texting, you can’t know a person's intentions. It's not fun especially with the likes where you can see a person's face. I'm sorry. Like legit man... sometimes my brain slips like this from time to time and it's frustrating. Sometimes you think you got everything handled and then shit like this can happen. People can disagree, the problem was me not ignoring a 4 day post.

Bruh....pointing out the obvious and saying people will be more willing to work for you if you pay is not undermining you.
I literally gave you a tip to recruit talented people more quickly and easily.

And what do i get????, friggin accusations of undermining you?.....is this how you treat people that help you?, guess i can give you a second tip......don't throw accusations willy nilly and don`t do that to people willing to help you, otherwise you will end up alone.

If you think my advice was too obvious, guess it's a fair complain, but you can't argue with the results. Many collabs inside and outside of Tapas happen thanks to someone willing to compensate other people for their time in a common project.

Let me get this clear.....so you jumped into conclusions and jumped into accusing me of undermining you because your imaginary version of me didn't sound "nice enough"?......

I never assumed you were one of those people that "pay in exposure" or other mumbo jumbo, which is why i don't see my post as any form of undermining

Also never implied that you specifically would struggle to get people for free, just that it's harder to coordinate skilled people around the world without compensation for their time.

I am disappointed, i expected more matureness from you.

Listen man I already know what I did was wrong. Explained a slip-up through my panic attack. Had to take hydroxisine. I'm sorry it even went this far.

My brain has these freakouts when it gets inflamed. And been trying to keep it underwraps but apparently there's just moments where they happen even if my brain feels calm.

I dunno what else you want me to say, I'm sorry for the freakout and all that. Going to need to take a step back for a moment please forgive me.

But here's the issue, it's not embarrassing myself and it's difficult with OCD to take an internet break when it looks like there's a bad reputation thing going on. A lot of the people here and it's really frustrating. Y'know you do something bad on the forums you have to explain yourself and shit or you'll get a bad look in the forums.

If there's something that happened, aren't you just... supposed to explain it?

And I know for a fact a lot of the time people on this forum are neurodivergent too y'know. This issue isn't exclusive to me.

Dude, this is a public forum, not a witch trial. Most people don't give a shit if you explain something or not. It's your choice to waste time explaining why you did things or just leave it as it is. You don't have an obligatory commitment explaining things towards strangers.

You admitted your mistake and apologised, that's an important step. That being said, to avoid future unnecessary altercations with people you gotta understand that the world doesn't revolve around you and you are not the only one with struggles. Your medical condition doesn't give you the right to mistreat people, being a victim of certain circumstances doesn't give you the right to be an agresor against an unrelated person.

How the fuck do you even explain something like this without making it look like you're using the victim card? You called me "immature" and all that and that's going to be a bad look regardless. At least give me the chance to give some context because you don't deserve this. And you're the victim of this circumstance which sure as hell isn't fun for you.

I'm just discovering right now this new-type of flare-up that makes me seem like everything's under control and just snap-ups like this happen. So now I have to keep an eye on that.

I'm just trying to end this thing-up because again, y'know this is a public forum. And I know for a fact, a ton of people are also neurodivergent and battling their own neurodivergent issues.

But the last time I remember and was vocal about you was a few weeks ago when you tried to exploit the GL genre for your own selfish reasons instead of working on a project that was genuine for the love of that genre.

But that's not a good sign if I live rent free in your head. Just because one person is critical about you doesn't mean that you have to get all cranky about it. If you want to look professional in the eyes of others, you have to play it chill and easy going.

Also while were at it, you whole "pitch" is just... errmmm, "self centered" (I had another wording for it but I could get in trouble for saying it out loud) instead of focusing on the important part. Nobody cares about numbers, they want to know exactly what they want to work on if it's for free. Just nighttime segments is to loose for a description pal.

First-off, my friend's been doing GL stuff/writer and she's been talking me about doing GL stuff. She oversees the scripts and comes up with all these plotlines because she's insistent on it.

She can't that's the thing. She has similar issues as me. That comic she drew was from years ago in Japan. She was burnt out and can't draw anymore and has difficulties finding time to write.

The reason we posted it on this site was because we used it for characters in our new book and I write all of the material for her because we just wanna share both our experiences (with her overseeing and going into depth about what or what not to do).

I dunno why you immediatly thought exploitation of the genre or why your brain went there. She can't advertise like she used to, so I have to keep the ball rolling.

My first tip for most of these forum threads is to start taking it to private DMs as your AD has now gone completely off topic and prob not gonna get the eyes on it that you want I would stop having the argument all together or make a new thread and maybe also just don't respond to people that you don't agree with to help keep threads on topic

Yeah that's a good point but for whatever reason the moderators aren't taking this thread down after I sent tickets so might as well use this as an opportunity to clear up whatever tf is happening here until then. I don't know why there's a feature where you can just... delete your comments as soon as possible. It seems a bit goofy for me to keep responding like this but again y'know... might as well explain wtf happened.

Especially now people are bringing up how they think I'm taking advantage of a genre and potentially spreading that misinformation around.

You made it sound like if people want to get tons of subs, they should exploit the GL genre. That's not okay at all. Same with any other genre that's doing well. How should've I or anybody else know that you're helping your co-writer if you just go around an show your numbers and stuff.
