Looking for artist for a book cover (150+USD PAID)

Hey everyone I am working on a book called "My Corrupted System" I was looking for someone who could make a book cover for me. I am willing to pay upwards of 150$ or more if the art is phenomenal. I need a kick-ass cover for a necromancer story so something with death and robes and magic with cute girls too since the platform I use seems to do well having a cute girl mixed into the cover xD.

So maybe the MC in the center with a girl wrapped around his neck. If you have ideas let me know I have until the end of the month to get the image made so the sooner we can chat the better! Feel free to message me here or DM me that is usually faster.
