Looking For Artist Paid $300 Per Release

Hi there im looking for a partner to redo one of my old series

im looking for somone with a long commitment and will be able to release 2 episodes a month and possibly 4 episodes a month.

im looking at paying 300 per episode with an episode contianing 30 - 40 panels like the example above.
this pay is an introduction pay and will increase in the Future.

Can I ask? How long is long commitment? Like how many episodes you plan to create? You said you're looking for an artist to redo your comic, so how is the job description? I mean, do the artist only has to do the art or something? Or do you expect they also contribute in redoing the storyline/writing? Thanks

the commitment is quite a long term one, there are 5 seasons and each season is around 30 episodes so far, this was orginally a featured webtoon story, but due to editors and deadline i had to break the contract. the story is mostly done with scripts finished as well. no story need to contributed, the link is just to give you an idea of what type of work im looking for

As long as I know and understand what I need to draw, I can do it.

The complexity of action scenes would take a lot of time to be done more than normal, I hope you will cover that in the drawing time too.
