Are your characters non human? For example, my characters are words. What was your inspiration? And how do you draw them?

Mines more lizard/dragon people but it might interest you.

I always like stories of culture shock and discrimination but I dislike it when things are too compared to real world stuff cause then shit gets muddy and nonsensical so I make creatures like the Szards to help the dissonance. Also they're just fun to draw. Also gives me reason to put them in less clothing since they have innies

But the Osanese are based on Teddy Roosevelt's teddy bear. The villainous clan, the Roosevelts are named after him due to them being the leading military industrial complex.

The Nibirians are from PANDA WHITE's comic, "Alternative Happy Ending" and they resemble humans.

All the best for the event! I think the planet illustration works, I have all my characters mostly look that way mainly because they are still evolving and they can't perceive the book world, for now at least, so once I can draw better, they will look better too!
