The first recommendation I would give is removing the all rights reserved page. If you want, you can add a copyright thing to the bottom of each page or a link to the comic itself. I don't think it's usually a huge deal for ongoing story comics though since I think it's much more rare for someone to repost a random page from a long form story comic than a gag-a-day type of comic.
I'm not seeing this as an issue on other pages in the first episode so far, but the text of "L.O.R.D." "Legends of Rare Devils" "Presents" and the page with the quotes from Saint Kabir have pixelated-looking text. I don't know what settings your program has, but you might want to check if you can change it to crisp/smooth text.
Change the word "Presents" to a different typeface. Papyrus is a taboo font to use because it's overused and frequently used wrongly.
There are some color issues which I've shown in the below screenshot. The white background is off color a bit and there is some dark green leaking out of the panels:
There is a lot of messiness from the scans which hasn't been cleaned up. And the "ow ow ow" is cut off. Example below:
I'm not sure if this is a mistake or intentional? It seems kind of weird especially since the sketch looks like "Sheel Park" is supposed to go around the sign. I would also possibly use a different typeface here or use it sparingly. Algerian is also an overused and misused typeface, but it is oftentimes used for signs.
There are some typos so I would suggest double/triple checking each word before the final save.
Overall, this looks a lot better and much more interesting than the comics I was writing at 15 years old. I would recommend focusing on improving overall drawing ability, such as poses, proportions, and backgrounds. Also focus on trying to clean up the pages so you can't see the sketch lines and the artwork is made a bit cleaner. The comic is very sketchy right now. This is where having a good program would come in handy.
Someone posted a link earlier for Clip Studio Paint for only $30 which is an amazing price: https://shop.mashable.com/sales/clip-studio-paint-pro-mac-windows-2?utm_xe2e=00VuOomLVsvdMgtiU5KlUf9&utm_source=mashable.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=clip-studio-paint-pro-mac-windows-2&scsonar=1&fbclid=IwAR0j-fopnaQMx08ppokwT5wibFSPeASLLtGV17WVVioJV41oU0e0iphFfKg
For cleaning up scans, I don't think it's as good as Photoshop in that respect, but it has a paneling tool which can help make your paneling more neat and it does coloring too. The only thing is, the text tool does suck, but it is somewhat usable.
