Looking for idea bouncer

I'm in the process of writing the outline of my new fantasy harem novel. I have a rough draft, but I'm not completely happy with the plot I've developed. I'm looking for idea bouncers that will read a ~4000 words plot outline and provide me ideas on how to improve it.

Even better..Make it reverse harem...Each dude should represent a colour of the rainbow and a mythical being and each person can be brought in at a different time....Assuming each chapter is 500 words and there are 7 of them, its comes to 3500 words and throw in an introduction about the female protagonist.
