Don't talk about how you want to work with me and how you have a story or something. Just send me that story or whatever and pitch to me like I'm a publisher. Assume that I'll pick you. I don't have the time to read through prose to guestimate how long it will be, so send me comic scripts. I want to see the story I'll be drawing.

Hello! I am pretty much just love to write. I'd be happy to get some collaboration under my belt. I don't have any special ideas atm but I can definitely come up with something for the sake of mutual practice. UwU Maybe we could slowly put together a collection of short disjointed but vaguely connected stories, like some one shot Mangas do. If you have any ideas, I'd be happy to help plot them out and such. <3 do you have a preferred subject or genre?

Is it me or the artist is getting a bit terse I understand that being popular permits one to be picky, and you have to be picky when collaborating. But sometimes you come across as, how would I put it, offhand. There are ways to convey one's lack of time and one's desire to get a publishing pitch. Without mistaking oneself for a publisher.

Let's not forget that this is a two-way service being rendered. As much to the author, as to the artist who is the one requesting it.

To some degree I can relate... I've opened requests before for art and been absolutely harassed. Not to mention, once you take one sometimes people forget what free is and start making harsh demands. It's... Unpleasant. So imma try and give her the benefit of the doubt. I've had a pretty good experience with the community so far, so hopefully it's not as it seems. >___>

I was just trying to be succicnt as possible. If someone sends me prose or "I have a script want to take a look", that signifigantly lowers the chance that I'd want to work with them despite how good their work might actually be. I just favor efficency.

So I wanted to give everyone a chance to show me their work, instead of waiting on me to reply to them and ask for information they could have given me from the beginning. It's way better than just ignoring 90% of the messages I've got.

If I'm going the extra mile, I'd hope people would do the same back to me.

P.S. Everyone who replied to me hasn't had a problem with this and have been perfect angels for the most part..

Oh, ghats hood! Yes, so far this community seems quite nice. I won't waste your time with a maybe story, then. When you're more free or should I have a sudden inspiration, I'll hit you up again with something more clear <3

I think I'll send you a WIP script for a comic I'm working on as the artist and writer myself just to give you a feel of what I was thinking for a mini comic if you'd be fine with that while I think up an actual mini comic to write for you if that sounds good to you.

Mature like what? Mature can mean a lot of things depending on who you ask. You can send the scripts however you prefer.
