Gotcha covered there! Hope you enjoy this sci-fi adventure romp of mine!
In my hand, I have a story.... A tale of luckless misfits who happened to be at the wrong, wrong place... at just the right time...
LOSTLAND is a supernatural, post-apoc adventure story following the tales of four travelers and the little twists of fate that bind them both to eachother, and to one man's grand design for this new world.
Prepare for crazy humor, intense action, and a touch of mystery, all rolled into a world that changes all who travel through it. Updates every Saturday.
Wow this art is gorgeous!
I'm trying to go for a cutesy, cartoonish style inspired by old manga artists like Go Nagai and Shotaro Ishinomori whilst mixing in elements of many modern manga/webcomics/comics (Ava's Demon, Stand Still Stay Silent, Madoka etc).
My story is about a boy with rather unhealthy coping mechanisms having to deal with his classroom supervisor's (unpleasant) reality warping shenanigans (I'm not that far into the plot yet though).
This series is really impressive. There's a lot of dynamic panels and creative angles, your pacing and page layout is really engaging. The backgrounds and character expressions are also great, they show there's so much care put into each page. Plus the story itself is so unique. It's been a really fun read so far, I'm surprised there's so few subscribers. Hopefully more will discover this series in the future, it really deserves more engagement
Thanks a lot for the feedback. I'm glad you're enjoying it.
Of course, good luck on your comic creation endeavors ^_^
My comic is definitely manga inspired. It's a scifi/horror.
It's really cool! I feel additional influence from the modern "Infinite canvas" webtoon style, but still condensed into manga format (My apologies if this doesn't make sense, or if this judgment is inaccurate). The scifi setting is very rich!
hope you like battle manga! xD
My all-time favourite manga are "Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou"(His and Her Circumstances) and Horimiya. I love those and I'd recommend them to anyone!
And this is my work.
I get inspiration for this from any and all manga and anime I've read/ watched. I do it episodically with an overarching theme in mind. Do check it out if you'd like to .
Enjoy!
idk if I would say mine is manga or manga inspired but here it is
I also have this one, that maybe looks more manga, and I have even parodies of series such as utena xD
My series is directly inspired by manga I have read like One Piece, Zatch Bell!, and FMA. It even operates on story arcs with it being on it's 5th story arc.
I even sell physical books for it with 7 volumes completed. This is the true intended way to read the series.
Mine is a shonen/seinen battle manga, but you should read it from your left to your right
I consider my style "hybrid", but it's impossible to miss the manga influence in the art or even the plot and overblown action! My favourite manga is Fullmetal Alchemist, and I'm also a big fan of a lot of manga influenced series like Avatar the Last Airbender and Netflix She-Ra.
I know a friend of mine with a manga style series if that's what you are looking for. They use scroll format

Yeah, I think that I qualify as more manga than comic. But panneling its more as a webcomic style, than common manga.Anyway, there is the link~
Like the wacky humor of your comic @tapirclip. My comic is drawn in a manga format (but read from left to right). Not a cheerful story overall but has some comedy/relaxing/wholesome elements to lighten it up.
