Manga studio ex 4 pen pressure

so, i got a new pen display (huion) and so far it's worked on both krita and firealpaca but on manga studio the pen pressure hasn't been working and the brush randomly switches to eraser when i start drawing a line. has anyone had any experience with huion or switching tablets and this happening? I tried restarting my comp once but should i reinstall MS? or should i look for an update for ms?

For pen pressure:
File > Preferences > Tablet
You try to play around with this yet? It should be "Wintab" and "Mouse Mode With Setting Of Tablet Driver(Z)" I think, not sure but just change the options around and see if anything will work.

For Eraser, may be you accidently click the buttons on the pen, down-button will shift you to earse tool by default
Go to File > Modifier Key Setting, Down-Button should be Right Click and Up-Button is Tail Switch. Or you can just change those 2 buttons function in the tablet properties.

aaaaa ok i switched it back to wintab and it started working, when i first installed the tablet i must've not restarted it and switched to tabletPC first;;;

on the pen; i did what you said and switched the buttons and i think that was what the prob was, but i think the eraser itself is a little wonky. it'll erase but it'll also switch to pen tool just without pen pressure lol but me messing/drawing with it will eventually make it go back to eraser? haha i'll keep messing with the settings
