@chuckafur once I learned about parasitic hookworms(back in middle school) I became real anal about wearing shoes. Even now days I will wear houseshoes while in the house, or socks- even though my place has carpet. I just feel funny about walking around the place barefoot.

I carry a lot of junk around with me on a daily basis. And I should mention the dog treats aren't for me to eat, I just always seem to have leftovers from dogwalking.

I also always have screwdrivers on me. I wonder how people do without them! But because I travel a lot, I always get them confiscated at a time or another... I now only carry a stubby type with very short bits because they are too small to be considered a weapon. They still get confiscated but it's less risky
