Very unlikely! People are pretty patient, especially if you're honest and just tell them "Sorry, this one is taking me a bit longer". There's always going to be some loss and gain, of course, but it's honestly best not to stress over it. It'll only add to your art block. Try to be on schedule for yourself as much as anyone else, but cut yourself slack when you need it!
As for what to do.. Taking a small break seems like a good idea. You honestly appear near finished anyway (unless there's more than what you posted here). If after a couple days you still can't stop tweaking, I would suggest posting it as is and moving on. You can revisit it later to tweak. An important part of comics is knowing when to just let something be good enough! And what you have here is really cool, despite being dark.
General tips for avoiding art block:
Build a buffer
Plan time for breaks into your schedule
Do an unrealated creative project for fun, especially something new to you (good for major art blocks which require resetting yourself)
Don't obsess over numbers- easier said than done, but try to think about what you like besides the numbers/attention and otherwise do positive thinking
And probably more! This is just what helps me.
