Planning out your comic is a great idea to make sure that problems with the previous rewrites won't be repeated, and that you won't need to start over again! I also had to start my comic over multiple times before the final rewrite, and the first time was because I didn't have enough direction on how to continue it, because I didn't plan anything out! It should feel great starting that final rewrite, and posting it! 
My comic is a magical girl series involving time travel, and an escalating power struggle that put the space-time continuum at stake. It's a combination of action, drama and comedy.
Describing the plot in one or two sentences with the right amount of detail is difficult, so I haven't self-promoted much. It'll be a milestone for me to be able to do that, then self-promoting will be easier.
