Lmao I made sheets for all of my characters and have only referenced them like once or twice 
. They do come in handy when drawing new characters or people who pop in for a panel or two every five chapters. Helps keep them consistent.
But also as time goes on you're going to start drawing even your main characters differently as your art style develops. So, reference sheets aren't the be-all and end-all kind of thing!
