My first book is finishing but it is part of a series, need advice on how to post the rest

My novel was well received and it is almost done only need to upload the epilogue. I already have an upcoming sequence, but I have more than 150 subscribers, so I want to know: what is the best procedure?

Continue the series in the same Post just adding the next book title to keep the subscribers.

Or
Create a second one with the second book, and mark the first book as complete.

How did you do on your own series? What are your thoughts on those procedures? Feel free to promote it too so I can check by myself.

Hi, I would recommend to make another series with the next book, it just gives you more of an orderly look to your profile.

Yes, you can number the series like:
"Book 1 (title of the book) -completed
"Book 2 (your new title) -ongoing

So, for the sake of convenience for all my readers, I wrote the first book and released it, but left it marked 'ongoing' and I'm uploading the sequel on the same page, just with the new cover that shows the title of the second book. "Sun with a Paper Crown"

Since you already release it in serialized parts, you should probably continue into the next one. Though you probably already have since this post is so old.
