You are never to old do to things you enjoy, life doesn't stop after 25, quite a lot of authors are way to older then their target auidence
never too late, Im 32 :3 so just DO IT if it will make you happy just do it even for yourself!
We could really use more comics with adult characters (and not just 21 year olds). You don't need to connect with younger readers (unless that's the direction you want to go) because there are older readers out there too who want relatable characters and adulthood story lines.
JUST DO IT! The other problem would be, you you have the time, money and health to do the comic?Plan it out and do it! I'm on my way making one too...
my new project will have 40yo dude as a main character I can see that major age of characters is between 15-23 when ppl do comics, this is interesting...
