I'm thrilled and slightly terrified to announce that I've just started uploading the fully revamped version of my novel, Compelling Affection, on Tapas!
This isn't just a slight edit; I went back to the original story and gave it a complete overhaul for a much fresher, more mature plot and richer character dynamics.
The story follows a young Professor Kim Jisoo, a brilliant, fiercely independent academic who runs her life strictly on logic, data, and zero tolerance for emotional inefficiency. Her perfect system, however, gets completely derailed by the sudden, disruptive arrival of Zhang Yixing. He is a formidable man who doesn't just match her intellect; he challenges her entire worldview with relentless, non-negotiable attention.
It’s a witty, high-stakes romance about a woman terrified of losing control and the efficient strategist determined to acquire her heart.
