new episode up. this chapter shows what happens when the party runs into an enemy they genuinely can’t beat yet. flames get crushed, lightning erased, shadows multiply endlessly, and the tower feels like it’s siding with the heroes’ slayer.

the tension keeps escalating until star is moments from death—and then alioth arrives in the most dramatic possible way, stopping the blade with a single radiant strike.
