I used this exact picture on another thread earlier today haha but noses are one of my FAVOURITE things to draw

herer's some from a character variety meme i did a little bit ago

could go for more of a variety in shapes but half the time i forget to actually draw said differences...so....

I pretty consistently just draw 2 dots, and sometimes a little bit of wrinkle, blood or bridge. I just like faces to be kind of delicate, and they emote pretty well without making huge detailed protrusions on them.

Oh, that's a good idea stnmaren! Here's mine from the variety meme:

And a selection of noses cropped from my comic for different angles and expressions:

I HAVE MUCH TO LEARN YET but I really love interesting noses 😍

a few noses, idk i like noses, does anyone else not draw noseholes?? theyre like the hardest part for me?? lmao

mine are examples of a more symbolic/non-representational approach... they don't make much sense without the rest of the face for context. i only use an additional line for a nostril sometimes, to show the shape of the nose better or because it just fits a certain character more

here's some of my noses! I've used all of them to my characters (and oh gosh, I think they look all the same, hahaha aahaa... * facial blindness* but I hope that they don't!)

my noses are quite vague outside of the face itself, but i sketched some out vaguely:

ive got quite a stylised, sketchy style in my current comic1, so noses tend to consist of one or two marks, so i dunno how clear they are outside of the face on a whole (the bottom right one is really just a straight line, which is how i draw balor's nose a lot of the time)

Pretty realistic noses in my illustration.

But in my comic1 - no noses! sunny I like keeping it simple.

This are mi noses! :3 I'm trying to make the a little realistic but it ended in comic style TnT

I'm pretty inconsistent when it comes to drawing noses, but I really like them! I'm always looking for a better way to draw them, but here's what I've been doing lately:

Aw thank you so much! <3 It was such a good way to start the school year heheh.
