Nudity on Webtoon

Your should have been fine but Webtoons have been and will always be super strict when it comes to things like these.

I've seen worse in Bastard, Sweet Home, Melvina's Therapy to name a few. (And these comics are all featured.)

Maybe the problem was page 24 and therefore its context to the previous and following? Though it's not really pornographic in my understanding. More ... uhm ... closed up people may differ?? It's still weird though, your context differentiates from what the rules of webtoons give ...

On the other hands, nipples are humans biggest enemy as everyone knows. Fair enough that they seem to censor even male nipples then. That's new ... OOOOR ... or they looked like female ones, then everything would be more clear! HAH!

It's funny though: They delete your pages but those banana-comics they don't though they clearly show a phallic context!
... yes I am a bit cynic ... they may have lost a fiew screws... ^^

I know, right? Well, at the moment I am torn between posting censored pages or NOT posting on Webtoon at all. I mean, they delete your stuff without giving a reason or even a notice. I don't feel like monitoring my series constantly just to make sure no prude snowflakes got offended at the sight of a buttcrack.

Doesn't the butt count as "rear nudity"? (Though it might be a moot point because I have a feeling Webtoons would've removed it even without that butt shot....)

It's starting to be too much for me, really. More than the fact it's not working on there at all, it's these ridiculous censorship occurrences that will make me remove my comic from Webtoons. I feel that using this website for posting or reading make me be part of that detructive, disgusting denial of the human body. To me there can be no justification whatsoever for the censorship of non-sexual nudity.

I had a similar situation where multiple pages were taken down after they were reported. If enough people click the 'report' button, the programming webtoons uses for its site automatically takes the page down and doesn't send you a notification. You'll have to email webtoons to get your pages put back up. Only after you email does a person actually review the reported page. As far as I know, they won't even bother to look at the content taken down unless you contact them and make your case

I've been able to post full frontal nudity before... and yet some people get in hot water for half naked characters, from what I've seen? Webtoon is weird.

Did you email them indeed? Did they react? Were the pages taken up again?

Yes. It took about 10 days for them to reply, but they did put my pages back up. This was the reply I got:

"Dear Creator,

Well, at least there's that. But having to constantly monitor if the series is not missing episodes is definitely a flaw in the system.

So i got a really important question...in my comic i have some theme of sexual content mostly because that is the characters personality i have a few scenes but she is wearing a top and a bottom (like a bikini) and the occasional ahem slapping of the butts (and shirtless guys) is it still fine? i mean i censor all of my work i never draw a character with privates or anything like that. Its always covered in someway and i add mature content warnings on anything that might not be good for younger readers

Yes, they also removed mine whole episode for only 1 page with naked man and you could see ONLY his ass I hate that, they got content which sais +18(mature) but they removing whole chapters, they could just remove page >,< or why even have "mature" content if actually they don't have >,< BECAUSE THEY ARE REMOVING IT!

That actually made me worried on the first chapter, My comic technically haves some nudity too. But webtoons never removed the chapters yet...
