Okay, what the first ever comic you made?

The first comic I fully created on my own, that wasn't for someone else?

Before this I created strips for a blog but they weren't really entirely my own work - I was collaborating with an editor.

My first comic was called Faery Tales and it was completely a rip off of Sailor Moon. I was like 13. ._.

In highschool my friend and I would sit next to each other in class and pass a paper back and forth drawing one panel each at a time creating a story as we went. THey were usually joke comics about our stick-man selves going on weird adventures vaguely inspired by things that happened in class or our convos. I have a stash of them saved somewhere.

My first actual webcomic project was something I drew a crazy amount of concept art (or I called it that. Most was just doodles.) then I drew like 2 actual comic pages and realized "this is hard" and gave up. It was also a big mess concept wise.
Basically it followed this girl who becomes half fox because she almost dies at this party and is saved by a forest spirit. And there's like this war and she just wants to keep living as a human?? It had a HUGE cast of really underdeveloped characters. I have zero intentions of reviving this thing haha

My first comic was a 20- page ATLA rip-off except Aang was my stuffed animal and the enemies were robots. It was held together by staples

I wish I was able to share my first comic.

It was called Slimey the Snake, and I wrote it when I was about 10 or so. There were several issues of it that I drew, all of them hilarious to me at the time. I based a lot of the panelling style off of Garfield, as well as some of the art styles.

Eventually, though, they were stored away. And when I moved out, my dad threw them out without asking me. So, sadly, no more record of them.

my first comic i made was a fanfic for Digimon, it was never online i made it in the late 90s, the drawings were terrible and that writing was just ... it sucked my sister would go through and edit my stuff so she can read them

Actually my current one is only my second attempt, My first attempt started 1 1/2 years ago and I ditched it by that October.

It went by the name, Ujinne, I stopped posting it due to harassment from a popular creator on Webtoon who couldn't take criticism. Good thing too, because it was essentially a worse rendition of what I have now.

I'm not too proud of it, All I think now is how happy I am to be harassed off there when I had a chance because I feel like I would've given up on comics as a whole if I didn't build an audience, since my confidence was extremely low.
