I honestly strongly suggest @Amelia as artist or @desannlim both of them are really good artist who can carry a beautiful Shojo style

Hmm interesting style not sure if its right for this though. Can you link me to something in the genres I said above? Something in a real world setting focusing on a girls point of view showing light hearted moments involving emotion.

The short would be published online through multiple platforms. Budget is a relative term, I prefer artists give me their page rate I find doing things the other way ends up me getting ripped off well that is if I was to accept just any offer. I have found if I put a number out there I get quoted only that number. I look for quality of work, style of work, money is last on my mind.
