Did your balance dissapear/reset after you pushed the ‚request transfer’ button? My first transfer took nearly a week, so it might be the case with you too.
Another thought would be that your PayPal account is not verified yet and Tapas does not pay to unverified accounts.
Also, is your PayPal address the same email you used to register on Tapas with? Maybe your account needs to be registered on the same email as your PayPal is.
If that’s not the case either try to contact staff directly and ask what’s going on. It might be an error in their system
